Fingers Yoda SpzOO. ("Glowrobe," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Glowrobe mobile application (the "App") and the website at glowrobe.studio (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
By using Glowrobe, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — email address and chosen display name when you create an account.
- Photos — photographs you voluntarily upload to generate a preview. See Section 3 for full details on how we handle these.
- Prompts and text input — the style descriptions you type (e.g., "soft cinnamon waves, mid-length"). These are used to generate your preview and to improve prompt-understanding quality in aggregate, anonymised form.
- Support correspondence — messages you send us via email or in-app support.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — which studios you open, how many previews you generate, session length, feature interactions. Collected via our own analytics pipeline and never tied to your photos.
- Device and technical data — device model, OS version, app version, crash reports, and an anonymised device identifier.
- Subscription and purchase data — purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive only a transaction confirmation and your subscription tier; we never receive or store your payment card details.
Your Photos and Face Data
This section is the authoritative record of how Glowrobe handles all photographs you upload, including images that contain your face.
What face data Glowrobe collects
Glowrobe does not collect, store, or retain face data. When you submit a photo to generate a preview, the image is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS 1.2 or higher) to Glowrobe's secure processing servers. The photo is loaded into server memory, the preview is generated, and the source photo is then immediately and automatically deleted from our servers. It is never written to persistent disk storage.
The generated preview image (the output, not your original photo) is stored in your personal Glowrobe library until you delete it or close your account.
The sole use of your photo
Your uploaded photograph is used for one purpose only: to render the visual preview of the hair, makeup, or outfit style you described. No other use — present or future — is made of your photo.
Third-party AI partner and storage location
To generate a preview, your selected photos, prompt, and any optional body or clothing details for that request are transmitted from Glowrobe's servers to our AI processing partner. We currently use the following external AI service:
Your photo is sent to this partner exclusively for preview generation. The partner does not retain your source photo after the API call completes and does not use your photo for any purpose beyond responding to the API request. No other third party — no analytics vendor, advertiser, or data broker — receives your photo under any circumstance.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Glowrobe's own servers are hosted in the United States. AI partner servers are located in the United States.
How long face data is retained
Source photos: immediately deleted. Your uploaded photograph is held in memory only for the duration of preview generation — typically between 15 and 60 seconds, and never more than 24 hours under any circumstance. The photo is deleted automatically from Glowrobe's servers upon completion of the API call. Neither Glowrobe nor its AI partner writes your source photo to persistent storage.
Generated previews: retained until you delete them. The output preview image (showing the requested style change) is stored in your personal Glowrobe library. You may delete any preview at any time. All previews are permanently deleted when you delete your account.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Glowrobe service.
- Generate the visual previews you request.
- Manage your account and authenticate you.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the product (using anonymised, non-photo data).
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not use your personal data for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles.
Data Retention
- Source photos — deleted immediately after preview generation (see Section 3).
- Preview images — retained in your library until you delete them or delete your account.
- Account data — retained for the life of your account, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Usage logs — retained in anonymised, aggregated form for up to 24 months for product analytics.
- Legal hold — if we are required to retain specific data by law or active legal proceedings, we may retain that data for the required period.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected.
- Deletion — request that your data be deleted. You can do this directly in the app (see Section 8) or by contacting us.
- Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
- Portability — request a machine-readable copy of your data.
- Objection — object to certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

California residents — you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information. For CCPA requests, contact us at the address above and specify that your request is made under the CCPA.
EEA / UK residents — you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is performance of our contract with you (providing the service). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Deleting Your Data and Account
You are always in control. Glowrobe provides in-app tools to delete individual preview images and to permanently delete your entire account — no email request required.
Deleting individual previews
Open any preview in your library and tap the delete icon. The image is removed from our servers within 24 hours of your request. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account
To permanently delete your Glowrobe account and all associated data:
- Open the Glowrobe app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion by entering your password or authenticating via Face ID / Touch ID.
Account deletion permanently removes:
- All preview images in your library.
- Your account profile and email address.
- Your usage history and credit balance.
- All other personal data associated with your account.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate data (e.g., total number of previews generated in a given month) may be retained for product analytics but cannot be linked back to you.
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing info@glowrobe.studio from the address associated with your account.
Security
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of all data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Encryption of data at rest (where applicable).
- Strict access controls — only engineers who need access for their job function can access production systems, and access is logged and audited.
- Automatic deletion of source photos from server memory upon completion of processing.
- Regular security reviews.
No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Glowrobe is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@glowrobe.studio and we will promptly delete it.
International Transfers
Glowrobe is operated from the United States. If you use Glowrobe from outside the United States, your information — including the limited account data we collect — may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
For users in the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data is protected in accordance with GDPR / UK GDPR requirements when transferred outside the EEA / UK.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of Glowrobe after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
